Discount and ambassador codes

Do not post an ambassador code on coupon boards — rewards will not post and the code can be turned off. During sitewide sales most extra codes are paused unless the page says otherwise. A sale code often applies on its own; remove it at checkout if you would rather use a different one. One code per order.

Wholesale and gifting

Wholesale does not earn rewards points. Email [email protected]. Corporate gifting: [email protected]. Ambassador program: [email protected].

Care

For printed tees, hand wash the first few cycles in cold water, then machine wash cold with like colors. Towels prefer a gentle cold wash and a line dry; skip bleach, softener, and dryer sheets.

Shipping times

Domestic deliveries usually land in 4–7 business days (7–10 in a sale). International is typically 15–21 business days (18–25 in a sale). You are responsible for customs charges. If a parcel comes back because it sat at customs, we refund the merchandise minus outbound shipping rather than reship.
