Last updated for Sand CloudD / Cabrillo Coast Goods LLC. This notice explains how we collect, keep, use, and share information when you use sandcloud.xin and related apps (the “Platforms”).

Information we collect
Accounts. When you create an account we ask for name, email, and a password. Orders add shipping address, phone, and payment details processed by our card processor. We may keep order records as long as needed for tax, fraud, and support.
Mail and SMS. Newsletter or SMS sign-up uses the address or number you give us, plus your name if you share it. You can opt out in any message.
Automatic data. Logs may include IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, and cookies used to keep a cart, remember preferences, and measure traffic.
How we use it

- Send product news you asked for
- Improve the shop, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties
Sharing
We use vendors who ship, process cards, send mail, and host the site. They may only use data to do that work. We do not sell personal information for money. California residents can email us to ask what categories we collected and to request deletion, subject to the usual legal holds.
